Every service includes advance consultation, location planning when needed, posing direction, high-resolution digital delivery and personal-use print permission.
We align on your vision, wardrobe, location and the right package before the session.
You receive clear direction throughout a relaxed, thoughtfully paced experience.
When selection applies, your numbered gallery arrives within 4 business days.
Detailed final retouching is completed within 8 business days after your selection.
Galleries remain available for 60 days. Event and wedding selection and delivery workflows may vary according to the booked package. RAW files are not delivered.

Base prices apply at Sarlen Studios. Travel within the Orlando area is $50; travel outside Orlando is quoted according to distance and location.
Booking notes
The prices shown are in USD and reflect the final rates currently communicated to clients. Customized scope is confirmed before payment.
A signed agreement and a non-refundable 30% retainer officially reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due before the session or event. Credit/debit cards and cash are accepted.
Request a change at least 3 days ahead to reschedule without a penalty, subject to availability.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Later arrival reduces session time and may require a $50 rescheduling fee.
Weather and studio changes: Outdoor sessions affected by unsuitable weather may be rescheduled without penalty. If Sarlen Studios cannot provide the service, a new date will be offered; if no new date can be agreed, the corresponding payments will be returned.
Payment plans: Higher-value services may use a prearranged plan, provided the balance is paid in full before the service date.
Privacy: Photographs are used by Sarlen Studios in its portfolio, website, social media or promotional materials only with client authorization.
Before you book
Booking at least two weeks ahead is recommended for portrait sessions. Quinceañeras, weddings and special events require more advance planning; the suggested timing appears with each service.
Sarlen Studios offers advance styling guidance when needed, based on the type of session, location and visual direction.
For packages with a defined number of detailed retouches, you will receive a numbered digital selection gallery within 4 business days. Send us the image numbers you would like included in your final collection.
After receiving your selections, Sarlen Studios allows up to 8 business days to complete and deliver the photographs with detailed professional retouching. Event and wedding workflows may vary.
Your digital gallery remains available for 60 days from publication. Download and safely store your photographs before that period ends.
If the weather prevents the session from being completed properly, it may be rescheduled without a penalty, subject to availability.
Yes. You may request a date change at least 3 days in advance without a penalty. A new date remains subject to availability.
No. RAW or original camera files are not delivered. Final photographs are provided as high-resolution JPG/JPEG files with the editing and retouching appropriate to the booked service.
